Sometimes we get EXACTLY what we need. So often in the therapy that we are able to offer our patients, they have no idea the return of therapy they are giving us. That was EXACTLY what happened today when Dex came in to visit us, not only for us-but for the other patients that were in the clinic at the time. It’s really quite powerful. So, thank you Dexter for the love + life lessons. ♥️ That’s almost a wrap on another great weekend in clinic. *please note that we are at capacity for appointments this evening, but you can book for next week*. 🥇 YAY! In the midst of the hustle, bustle and chaos of the world, it was such a pleasant surprise to be told that we WON! the the top choice award again this year! And while we may have won in the category of “Top Chiropractic Clinic” we 💯 know that it takes a village! We have two incredible Chiropractors, three fabulous RMT’s and a brilliant Physiotherapist all under one roof! We are literally hashtag-blessed! #blessed Thank you to our community for trusting us with your care in the midst of the wildest year we’ve ever lived through! Can’t stop. Won’t stop. 2021-bring it!👏

Ooph. We know. It all feels like a little much, doesn’t it? You’re trying to work a full time (or part time!) job, tend to your career, you’re afraid your business will not survive another lockdown, take care of your family, homeschool your children, cook all of the meals, walk the dog, keep the house in functioning order, nurture your relationships, get some exercise, take care of your health (physical, mental + spiritual), follow the rules, and not completely lose your 💩 while also being constantly bombarded by the heaviness of the day to day news. Oh, and you can’t really go anywhere or do anything for FUN on top of all of that. We see you. You’re not completely losing it. You’re tired. Overwhelmed. Teetering on the edge of it all. You’re also incredibly amazing. Ask yourself “when’s the last time I kept my sanity intact in the midst of a pandemic”? Oh, what’s that? You’ve never lived through a pandemic before. Cool. Neither have we. Yet-here we are. ♥️ At the clinic, you can come as you are (with the addition of a mask 🤣). We are here to help support you and your family’s health through these heavy days (hello! Nervous System + Immune System). It’s about so much more than just pain management-and yes, stress leads to pain. We’ve created an environment in which you are safe, heard and understood. Our entire team is here for you. No matter what today brings, know that you can take care of your health-and we are here to help you with that. We’ll be in clinic all week.
