I have been practising the art of Massage Therapy for over 20 years. I have worked with many professionals and bring experience along with continued training to the practice. I am married and a mother of three kids and enjoy many outdoor activities. Some favorite pastimes are snowboarding, trail riding, woodworking and anything that raises the adrenaline!

I have always had a love of natural healing methods and healing powers of the human mind and body.
